Ikut Langkah Berikut Untuk
Baharui Sijil
Follow These Steps To Renew Certificate
NOTA :
Sijil WAJIB diperbaharui dalam masa tiga (3) tahun dari tamat tempuh sijil tersebut.
Jika melepasi tarikh tiga (3) tahun, sijil tidak boleh diperbaharui dan wajib mengambil ujian semula.
Certificates MUST be renewed within three (3) years of expiration. If it has been more than three (3) years, the certificate can no longer be renewed, and you will be required to take the test again
Contoh
Jika tarikh tamat tempuh sijil adalah pada 30hb May 2026
Paling awal boleh diperbaharui sijil adalah pada 30hb March 2026
Paling lewat baharui sijil adalah pada 29hb Januari 2029
For a certificate expiring on May 30, 2026, the renewal window opens as early as March 30, 2026, and closes no later than January 29, 2029.

Please click on the CA Exam Portal link first.
Anda akan dibawa ke sesawang seperti dipaparkan di bawah :-
You will be taken to the website as shown below:
Sila taip Nombor Kad Pengenalan peserta tanpa dash atau sengkang di kedua dua kotak atas dan bawah di halaman sesawang tersebut dan tekan butang LOGIN.
Please enter the participant's ID number without dashes in both the upper and lower fields on the webpage and click LOGIN
Anda akan dibawa ke laman OTP (6 digit code).
Di laman sesawang OTP ada dinyatakan email yang menerima OTP tersebut.
Pergi email tersebut dan masukkan OTP dan tekan butang NEXT
You will be redirected to the OTP page. The page will show which email address received the 6-digit code. Check that email, enter the OTP, and click NEXT
NOTA :-
Jika email yang tertera adalah milik orang lain atau milik ex-majikan terdahulu sila email ke certifying.agency@tm.com.my & maklumkan dalam email :
a. Masalah yang dihadapai (e.g. email sudah tidak aktif)
b. Nama Penuh
c. No. Kad Pengenalan
d. Email terkini.
NOTE:
If the displayed email address belongs to someone else or a previous employer, please email certifying.agency@tm.com.my and provide the following information:

a. The issue encountered (e.g., email is no longer active)

b. Full Name
-
c. National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) Number

d. Current email address
Setelah memasuki 6 digit code OTP anda akan dilayarkan dengan paparan di bawah
Please the OTP 6 digit code, you will be taken to website shown below :
Untuk baharui sijil anda sila tekan CERTIFICATE RENEWAL
To renew your certificate please press CERTIFICATE RENEWAL
Setelah menekan CERTICIFATE RENEWAL akan dipaparkan seperti di bawah
After clicking on CERTIFICATE RENEWAL, it will be displayed as below:
Tekan RENEWAL CERTICIFATE dan muatnaik salah satu dokumen yang dikehendaki seperti di bawah:-
Please click RENEWAL CERTIFICATE to upload either one required documents as follows :
a. KWSP / EPF Statements ( 3 bulan) - jika bekerja / if employed
b. SSM Copies ( Owner Shareholding / Maklumat Pemunya Syarikat) - jika bekerja sendiri / self employed
Setelah memuatnaik dokument persetujuan akan diminta
Once you upload the document, you will be prompted to give your agreement.
Setelah menyatakan persetujuan, permohanan akan diteliti oleh pihak TM
After you state your agreement, TM will review your application
Dalam masa 1 - 3 hari bekerja, pihak TM akan menghantar email samada permohonan lulus atau sebaliknya
Within 1 to 3 working days, TM will send an email indicating whether the application has been approved or otherwise
Sila klik link Portal Ujian CA untuk membuat bayaran & tekan butang Certificate Renewal
Please click on the link to the Portal Ujian CA to proceed with the payment followed by Certificate Renewal
Tanda Sijil yang ingin dibuat bayaran & tekan butang Proceed Renewal
Select the certificate you want to make payment for and click the Proceed Renewal button
Ringkasan bayaran akan dinyatakan & tekan butang Confirm Payment
Payment summary will be displayed & if agreed press Confirm Payment
Setelah bayaran dibuat akan dinyatakan PAYMENT RECEIPT
After payment is successful, PAYMENT RECEIPT will be shown below
Sila klik CERTIFICATE List untuk memuat turun sijil baru.
Please go to CERTICATE LIST to download renewed certificate.
